What is a Sashionista?
A Sashionista is anyone who delights in the unique, creative, fun, beautiful, playful things in life! Some of us are down-to-earth and larger-than-life. We may LOVE to travel or just embrace our daily lives with a sense of adventure. Sashionistas like to find things that are interesting and functional and to share them with our friends. We like things to be gorgeous but not too fussy. We bring things into our lives so they can be better, richer, and way more fun! Sashionistas are "sisters" who value generosity, curiosity, and kindness.

Where are products made? products are made by a variety of manufacturers of all sizes who create products in a variety of locations.

When will I receive my order?
We typically ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days.

Where is Sashionista located?
We share our offices with Sash Bag in San Diego, California.

Are you associated with Sash Bags?
We ARE! In fact, the term "Sashionista" is based on our incredible Sash Bag customers (well, family really) who always inspire us!

What is your return policy?
We offer returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase if there is something wrong with what you've ordered. Just email us a to request a return.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world! Please note that additional taxes, customs, or duties may be assessed by government agencies. These amounts are not assessed by and we can't estimate or collect these fees.

How do I get more information about a product?
Our products have a handful of pictures and detailed descriptions that include measurements. If you still have questions, we're happy to help! Just email us at with your questions.

What happens when I have an order with a pre-ordered item?
When placing an order for multiple items, we will send the order only when it can be completed in its entirety. If you would like an in stock item to send before a pre-order on the same order, we recommend placing the orders separately so they ship as soon as available.  If your order has already been placed and you need help so one that is in stock ships sooner, we can help with that.  Simply reach out to us at The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to split the order and send separately and we can send you an electronic invoice to cover the charges.
